学校简介

北京师范大学-香港浸会大学联合国际学院(中文简称“北师港浸大”英文简称“UIC”)由北京师范大学和香港浸会大学于广东省珠海市携手合办，是首家中国内地与香港高等教育界合作创办的大学。自2005年成立至今，北师港浸大已发展成为一所拥有独特教育理念的国际化大学，设有工商管理、文化与创意、人文社科和理工科技学院、通识教育学院和研究生院，在31个本科专业（方向）招生，获批开设9个研究型研究生专业、6个授课型研究生专业。
2024年1月16日，全国第三方大学评价机构艾瑞深校友会网正式发布《2024校友会中国大学排名》，连续第22年发布“校友会中国大学排名”，北京师范大学－香港浸会大学联合国际学院跃居“校友会2024中国合作办学大学排名首位”。

As the first full-scale cooperation in higher education between the Chinese mainland and Hong Kong, Beijing Normal University-Hong Kong Baptist University United International College (UIC) was jointly founded by Beijing Normal University (BNU) and Hong Kong Baptist University (HKBU). UIC is the first modern college in the Chinese mainland that upholds a liberal arts education, situated in Zhuhai city in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.UIC has consistently upheld a holistic education focused on moral, intellectual, and physical education. It has developed diverse and versatile talents for society. The achievements were highly commended by all sectors.

CURRICULUM INTRODUCTION

课程介绍

本课程基于香港浸会大学于2011年设立的绿色科技(能源)理学硕士课程(以下简称为“GTE课程”)开发，采用完全相同的课程体系，由香港浸会大学物理系与北师港浸大理工科技学院联合开办。本课程的所有教学与评分均与GTE课程同步，学生修读完本课程后，将取得香港浸会大学的学位证书。
在保留GTE相同的核心课程基础上，本课程依托大湾区雄厚的新能源产业基础，与本校的广东省数据科学与技术交叉应用重点实验室，更加侧重培养学生的新能源产业数据分析与管理能力。除学习新能源产业相关的基础课程外，学生可以选择新能源管理相关课程，且有机会在就学期间选择在不同的大湾区新能源大型企业完成毕业课题，旨在培养面向产业的、能处理实际问题的、具备充分专业知识与道德品质的新能源行业技术人员与管理人员。

This taught master program is based on the Master of Science in Green Technology (Energy) program established by the Hong Kong Baptist University in 2011 (referred to as the "GTE program" for short). It adopts the same curriculum system and is jointly offered by the Department of Physics of Hong Kong Baptist University and UIC, leveraging the strengths of both faculties for collaborative teaching. The design of curriculum starts from the basics and gradually progresses, making it suitable for students from different professional backgrounds, such as various engineering and business-related majors. After graduation, students will receive the certificate issued by the Hong Kong Baptist University.
Apart from reserving core courses of GTE, this SETM master’s program could be supported by the strong foundation of the new energy industry in the Greater Bay Area and the Guandgong Provinical Key Laboratory of Interdiciplinary and Application for Data Science at UIC. It focuses more on cultivating students' abilities in data analysis and management in the new energy industry. Students have the opportunity to choose to complete their graduation projects in different large-scale new energy enterprises in the Greater Bay Area during their studies. The aim is to cultivate technical personnel and managers in the new energy industry or various industries related to energy who are oriented towards the industry, capable of handling practical problems, and possess sufficient professional knowledge and ethical qualities.

01 ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
招生对象

①　持有或即将获颁认可大学之学士学位，或同等学历
②　有相关工作经验的申请人
③　有学术研究成果者，或能够证明研究潜力人士也可获得考虑
Holder of a Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from a recognized tertiary institution; or
Professional experience would be preferred.
Applicants with academic achievements or who can demonstrate research potential may also be considered.

Candidates successfully complete the programme will be awarded the MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology and Management Degree offered by HKBU.

非全英文授课院校毕业生英语成绩要求不低于大学英语六级450分、托福74(笔试不低于537分）或雅思6.0；全英文授课院校毕业生可用相关证明代替（2024-25学年的申请不接受雅思indicator、托福home edition或多邻国成绩）
