邮件的组成部分Structureoftheemail

Part1

Youbegintheemailbyaskingthemshortquestionsabouthowtheyare,whatthey'vebeoingetcBetweenaskingthemquestions,apologisefornotcontactingtheminalongtime.

邮件开头通过询问有关他们的近况，在做什么等简短问题。在询问他们问题的时候，对长时间未与他们联系表示歉意。

Part2

Inthisparttellthemaboutexperiencesandsi',ifyouhavetoldthemsomethingaboutyourjob,askthemaquestionabouttheirs('Areyoustillworkingat..?').

在这一部分中，告诉他们你的经历和情况或是你的计划。并且建议你问他们有关你自己所写内容的问题。这样的话，如果你告诉他们一些关于您的工作的信息，就可以问他们一个关于他们工作的问题（例如，"您是否还在..工作？"）。

Part3

Inthispartwriteaboutandaskthemquestionsaboutsharedinterests(,musicetc)oraboutpeopleyoubothknow.

在这一部分中，写下并询问他们有关于你们的共同话题（例如足球，音乐等）或你们俩共同认识的人。

Part4
